Primary Job Duties

What you will be doing:

Meet with families and business owners to understand their situation and recommend suitable insurance and retirement solutions.

Explain coverage, benefits, and options in plain language, so people understand what they are choosing and why.

Stay in touch with existing clients through policy reviews and life changes, so the plan keeps matching the life.

Keep clear, accurate records and work within the standards of your licence.
Requirements

What we are looking for:

An active Life and Health licence is ideal. If you do not have one yet, that is genuinely fine. We will support you through licensing if you are the right person.

Experience in financial services is helpful but not required. Some of the best agents come from teaching, ministry, nursing, or anywhere else that involved sitting with people during decisions that mattered.

Real integrity. You will be talking to people about money they cannot afford to lose, and often at a vulnerable moment.

Comfortable working remotely, managing your own time, and following through without being chased.
